Massage och träning...

Idag har jag varit ledig, och haft en fin-fin ledig dag!
Men "jobbat" litegrann ändå, under förmiddagen hade jag en massagekund. Gott med lite extrapengar :)
 
Sedan blev det ju faktiskt iktigt fint väder! Visst, det blåste en del, en solen sken. Jag käkade min lunch på balkongen. Gott gott!
Småstädade litegrann och sedan kom Madde för vårat massagebyte :)
Jag fick grymt bra och välbehövlig massage! Jäklars vad det kändes i mina vader! Efteråt känes det som fan, som hemsk täningsvärk, men nu känns det bra! Och runt skulderbladen hade jag masa knutor. Inte konstigt med mina nackproblem och då jag gått och spänt mig. Men nu känns det riktigt bra! Benmassage borde man ta oftare med, det var evigheter sist!
Madde hade också ont från sin träning, så där fick jag trycka på.
Det är verkligen guld värt med vänner som masserar, som man kan byta tjänst med. Mina två är de bästa!
 
Ikväll har jag varit i Bunkern och tränat. Känns som evigheter senast! Och det var ju nästan en vecka före varvet så.... Underbar att vara där igen, och Roban höll ett grymt bra pass också!
Utepasset slogs ihop med innepasset, så  körde alla ihop. Kul! Och kombinerade ute och inne, perfekt i solen!

Vi var uppdelade i två grupper. Medan ena gruppen gjorde en övning, sprang den andra "lilla rundan" ute. Övningen gjordes tills hela gruppen kom tillbaka. Och sedan byte, och så fortsatte det genom alla övningar. Och vi hann nästan två varv.
Riktigt gött och svettigt!!! Skönt att springa ur benen och presa lite, fast utan tyngder...
